'Reputation' is an upcoming psychological crime drama set in the fictional Northern town of Dennings, in the beautifully scenic Ribble Valley.Raw, violent and darkly comic, this is the nano-budget feature film debut of Preston-based writer/director Martin Law. Starring James Nelson-Joyce (A Thousand Blows) & Kyle Rowe (The Devil’s Hour), the film is currently in post-production, set for release in 2024.
MARTIN LAW
Martin is a filmmaker and university lecturer from the North West of England.His short film, 'Vacant,' screened at the BIFA-qualifying Wigan & Leigh Film Festival and Birmingham Film Festival in 2023.In addition to Factory Noir, Martin runs his own podcast all about the British film and television industry, and he is a voting member of the British Independent Film Awards.
